Service Description

Soothe and de-stress your mind and body with this gentle yoga flow. Allow the sound of the waves to wash your worries away as you stretch and re-align body and mind. This class meets every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at the lighthouse public beach. The cost, is $15 and all you need to bring is a beach towel. No reservations necessary.
